Privacy policy
This document describes how Gdzie naładować, available at www.gdzienaladowac.pl, actually behaves: what data is processed, when analytics runs and how to withdraw consent.
Data controller
The controller of personal data processed on the site is the operator of Gdzie naładować. Contact for personal data matters: kontakt@gdzienaladowac.pl.
What data we process
- Visit statistics — Google Analytics 4, started only after you consent in the cookie banner. GA4 sets cookies and records how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type and traffic source. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Without consent the analytics script is not loaded at all.
- Location — the “Nearest to you” and “Near me” features ask your browser for your position. The coordinates are used only in your browser to sort the list and are never sent to our server or stored.
- Email — if you write to us directly, we process the message and the sender’s address only to reply. Correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed, no later than after 12 months.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores only your cookie consent choice in your browser (localStorage). Google analytics cookies appear only after consent. We do not use advertising cookies or profiling tools.
Third-party services
- Maps — map tiles come from OpenStreetMap and the map library from a public CDN. Displaying a map means your browser connects to these servers and passes them standard connection data (IP address, browser type).
- Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process.
- Hosting — the site runs on the Vercel platform as a set of static files. Vercel keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and content delivery.
Legal basis and retention
We process analytics on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We process email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete it once the matter is closed, no later than after 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We handle such requests at kontakt@gdzienaladowac.pl.
Changing your cookie decision
To withdraw consent to analytics, clear the site data in your browser — the banner will appear again.
